Develop ServiceNow enhancements and modifications to existing applications such as ITSM, and CMDB as well as create custom applications.
· Create and modify business rules, including UI Actions, widgets, and other advanced development functions.
· Support, edit, and create integrations to other products and services including the use of integration hub and orchestration, webservices, scripted APIs, and related transform mappings.
· Work as a team to troubleshoot complex issues or complex development but also be able to work on your own independently from others.
· Triage and support issues from users on the ServiceNow platform and related applications and modules.
· Document and annotate scripts, process flows, update sets, and other workflows associated with ServiceNow development.
· Conducts system analysis, process flows, system interfaces, validations, testing, training, implementation, and change management.
· Work closely with business leadership to respond to, and proactively identify, challenges that can be solved with system and/or process improvements.
· Work closely and effectively with others to maintain consistent processes and documentation around requirements, design, development & deployment.
· Prepare necessary documentation and perform adequate knowledge transfer to the support, administration, and learning and development teams to ensure effective change management and adoption.
· Maintains membership in relevant industry groups and conferences.
